Coonawarra's 2015 vintage was amongst the earliest on record. An ideal growing season of slightly above average temperatures and dry conditions produced outstanding red wines.
Maturation for 15 months in a combination of 81% older French oak and 19% American oak
(14% new) barrels, has added complexity and suppleness.
Complex layers of dark berry fruits and plum, hints of chocolate and vanillin oak and a soft, earthy note. Very fine, smooth tannins add to the mouthfeel.
