Parcels of Chardonnay from Katnook's Margeaux vineyard were barrel fermented with a mixture of wild and selected Burgundy yeast. A seductive combination of white peach, grapefruit and lemon curd notes are interwoven with complex, savoury and toasty oak characters. The wine was matured for nine months in barrel with regularlees stirring to build palate weight and texture.
