Coonawarra's 2016 vintage was an early with slightly above average temperatures and dry conditions produced outstanding Sauvignon Blanc fruit in excellent condition with vibrant varietal character.
Crushed and pressed straight away, a cool fermentation retained vibrant fruit flavours. An unoaked style.
Pale straw in colour with green tinges. Tropical fruit and citrus characters with subtle notes of
herbs and lemongrass. Zesty citrus with fresh tropical fruit flavours, hints of gooseberry
and a mouth-watering, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing Notes
Perfect with barbequed prawns and calamari. Also pairs well with Asian pork stir fry or baby spinach and goats cheese salad.
