Winemaker Tim Heath joined Katnook in
June 2018. Prior to this, he worked at Mountadam in the Barossa Valley before moving to Cloudy Bay, New Zealand, where he was Winemaker for 15 years. Heath took over from Wayne Stehbens, who died suddenly in 2017. In taking on the mantle,Tim Heath brings a wealth of international expertise and creative flair that is sure to build on Stehbens’ legacy and take Katnook into an exciting future.
With a background in horticulture in New Zealand, Chris Brodie joined the Katnook Estate team in 1997.
He oversees integrated viticultural management systems which take into account the four key elements for optimal grape quality: water, plant nutrition, pest and disease control and sunlight. Chris is also a board member of the Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology (ASVO).

Since 1994, Michelle has offered the warmest welcome possible to visitors to Katnook Cellar Door.
Michelle also manages the Katnook Cellar Club, weddings and functions with remarkable efficiency and professionalism.
